مثبت كيف أستدعي ويب سيرفيس عن طريق Oracle Database 10g Version 10.2.0.1.0

الرجاء مساعدتي  أنا أريد أن أستدعي ويب سيرفيس عن طريق oracle 10g version 10.2.0.1.0

و الويب سيرفس ببعتلها Parameters
