F , E , A , and B are wrong

D & C are right

A- you can use aggregate function in any clause of select statement.

You cannot use it in WHERE clause

B- you can use aggregate function only in the column list of the select
clause and in the where caluse of a select statement.

You Can't use it in WHERE clause

C- you can mix single row columns with aggregate function in the
column list of select statement by grouping on the single row
column

True, because there is no aggregation process in this case

D- you can pass column names, exepressions, constants, or functions
as parameter to an aggregate function .

It is obvious that you can do so

E- you can use aggregate function on a table , only by grouping
the whole table as one single group.

No, you can do it by including all the columns by which SELECT clause is qualified

F- you can not group the rows of a table by more than one column
while using aggregate function.

the answer is the same as the previous one
